A bit about me…

I do this because I find it massively rewarding to practice something I am good at while simultaneously helping people to advance their careers by securing the job they deserve and really want. On too many occasions, when interviewing, I have been faced with candidates capable of doing the job, who fail at interview because they have not done the correct preparation. Coaching candidates so they approach interview confidently and ready to do themselves justice gives me job satisfaction and gives them the best chance of success. Some more about me below;

• I live in London, I’m married and have 3 kids

• I enjoyed (mostly!) a varied career in the private and public sectors including retail, building services, facility management and operations

• In rising from junior roles to senior management positions I completed many successful interviews

• As a manager I interviewed many hundreds of candidates for a range of roles

• I trained and am certified in advanced level coaching

• NLP Practitioner

• Business Leaders Qualification - Warwick University

• DBS checked / certified

• I trained as a mentor for young adults in my home borough of Haringey
